WHAT IS ISAY?

The International Students’ Association at York is an independent community service organization that primarily represents the interests of international and exchange students and also promotes internationalization at York University.
Lead by a diverse executive board, ISAY promotes and coordinates activities that are in the interests of all our members in order to enrich their intercultural communication. Such activities include social events, the volunteerism program, campaigns and advocacy and general referrals. We do our best to help create, strengthen and sustain a safe space for all international students to address their concerns. We welcome all students - domestic, exchange and international.
All in all, if you’d like to internationalize your York experience by meeting the people from all over the globe or just a comfortable place to relax and share your concerns, ISAY is there for you!
